The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower. Although at first we were disappointed that we did not had any windows in our room, in the end the open space infront / open air of our rooms made up for it.
