"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

"Small room with very hard uncomfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom OK. Hotel is new but is situated between a main road & a train line so nowhere is really quiet. There was grit on the floor but otherwise clean. The girl who initially received us was very grumpy. "

"The hotel is directly across from a beautiful beach about 100 m. away. Our room had a nice, compact balcony. We asked for an extra chair and were accommodated nicely. The elevator/lift is rather small. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. "

"Stayed July 2017, overralll good. Focusing on negative aspects, can bè noisy with music if your apartment is cose to the pool/entrateinment area. Jacuzzi did not work."

"Very nice and clean hotel on the beach, staff was fantastic, Thank You Erika and Francesco, they booked dinner reservations for us, gave info on where to go, got us discounts for the beach umbrella and chairs. Excellent breakfast, nice variety, excellent coffee. Very good internet connection. Large bathroom ( a bonus in Europe). We will come back!!!"

"My husband and I loved this stay. After being in Florence and Milan this was so relaxed. Right on the beach so you can lounge on the chairs and enjoy the sea. Breakfast was Classico and delicious."

"The beach was in the best part of Follonica and not too crowded because they only have 2 rows of sun beds.Very appreciated. Check in too complicated - I understand Covid but procedures take too long. They do not allow earlier check in - again I understand - but they could have let us use the beach. Check out at 9AM! Even if my reservation stated 10AM. Our room was very clean but nothing special, no windows and small but we knew that, it was the one we chose so no complaints about it. There are...

"Die Ferienwohnungen, ca. 10, sind schon einige Jahre alt, befinden sich aber in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir konnnten vor unserer Wohnung frühstücken und auf den Garten mit Olivenbäumen und den Wald im Hintergrund blicken. Wir waren also mitten in der Natur."
