The smaller, children, pool is further away and down many stairs. There are many comfortable seats by the main pool. I wish the main pool had a variation in depth.Breakfast is heavenly. All the staff we encountered were very friendly.

This was ou first stay but will not be our last. Wonderful reception and service throughout including breakfast and dinner. The pool is a great dip after a day in Pienza. Covered parking was a good bonus and near laundry and small coop market. AC in family suite was excellent.

An absolutely gorgeous location with breathtaking views. The room, common areas and grounds were very well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a gem! We got a two room sea view suite and a one room suite. Both were huge with huge porches looking out for the ocean! We could have relaxed in our rooms for hours. We swam in the pool every night! And we did the breakfast every morning. The pool was so fun and the breakfast was incredible (coffee, cakes, croissants, yogurt, eggs and bacon and more). We needed it to recover from our jet lag and it went until 11am so we could really relax and have all three cups of coffee...

Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. This property is in a perfect location and inside a beautiful Palazzo. I have traveled to 123 countries on business and pleasure over the last 25 years and the Borghesi Siena is in the top 1% for me. Book now and did not look for other properties.

LOVED the property! This was the first time the room was much larger and grander than the photos online. I would estimate 1000 square feet. The ceilings were absolutely stunning and were original from 500 years ago. The bathroom was huge with a fabulous shower. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety and high-quality food with fresh eggs from their farm, including delicious baked goods. Not only do I highly recommend, we hope to be back sometime soon. Arrivederci Montepulciano! Ciao

Excellent place! Gaia and Kelly were super hosts and provided top-noch communication and helpful indications.

This hotel is right outside the back of the church. A Pope once lived in it back in the 16th century. What is great is the location & convenience. There is a little noise from all the tourists walking buy, but not an issue when sleeping at night. It‘s a tiny place - i think it has 7 rooms, so don‘t expect much selection for breakfast. Sienna is beautiful and I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town.

Very nice, affordable place in beautiful area

A really lovely place. Perfect for families as the apartments are big enough to allow some breathing room. We were four people (2 kids) and had loads of room. Severino was the name of our apartment. The pool is a gem - sunset with your own bottle of wine is a real treat. Great place overall. Will be back.

Easy walk to restaurants.

We booked this last - minute and were really impressed with the whole experience. The property and grounds are beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking, but it was easy to overlook as the entire stay was really great. Good options in the restaurant too. The block of hotel rooms is in a retirement resort, which I think is a wonderful idea! Very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and parking was free.
