"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

"Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel, Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met, we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!! Will stay here again next time we visit ! Thank you ! John and Diane"

"Small room with very hard uncomfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom OK. Hotel is new but is situated between a main road & a train line so nowhere is really quiet. There was grit on the floor but otherwise clean. The girl who initially received us was very grumpy. "

"We flew into Rome after a long flight and were looking for a nice place to crash without driving too too far since we were tired. It was really convenient and charming. The staff was so helpful and let us check-in early! The location is ideal in the middle of the very walkable Orbetello. Plenty of shopping and restaurants very close. What a great place to explore. Breakfast was perfect and they even had a gluten free option. Book it, you won't regret it!"

Excellent breakfast, nice variety, excellent coffee. Very good internet connection. Large bathroom ( a bonus in Europe). We will come back!!!"

"No complaints about the room and the receptionist was very personable and helpful. This is an area of very many tourist accomodations, which can be spoiled by overcrowding of ocean beaches during summer, especially if you are trying to park a car."
