"Somehow I missed that this was a camp ground when I was booking. However, if I was expecting camping, it would be great. It is well shaded right by a beautiful beach. The pool was smaller than expect, but I enjoyed the water aerobic class in the evening. We had a superior tent. It was stifling hot inside when we arrived. It took some time to cool off. The cooling system was not great. The staff were very pleasant. There was a great outdoor cooking area. Overall, I would command this place for a camping getaway."

"Great location if wanting to explore the many beaches, we did many seaside drives, staff very friendly, absolutely love that I was able to text back-and-forth with the front desk with any questions or concerns on the WhatsApp. They helped us get contact information for the nearby horse stables and also offer a shuttle service for us to take the shuttle to the train to go to Rome.We traveled with a two year-old and a four-year-old -property was safe and well maintained for them. they could essentially run freely. Would love if they could improve the breakfast, personally I would like more fresh fruit, bean and veggie dishes. They do have a washer available however it is a long cycle and only one washer available so if another guest has the key checked out, you have to wait. Again, staff was very friendly and attentive. Location worked very well for our needs cost was very affordable other guest staying at the hotel seemed like locals and that this is where they go for vacation, all being very friendly. Our apartment was very comfortable."

"What an incredible villa in the perfect location! Ideally situated near both Porto Santo Stefano and Orbetello, it offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. My suite was beautiful, with stunning sea views that made the stay even more special. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast featured an excellent variety of options, and lunch on the patio was equally delicious, with a lovely setting to enjoy the surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience feel effortless from start to finish. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I’m so glad I discovered it. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"We just left this past Tuesday. The staff was wonderful! They truly made our stay great and helped with an e-bike tour and a ride to the airport. This resort is wonderful! Such great views from the pool of the sea! Would highly recommend! Also the breakfast buffet is hands down a great experience and value!"
