"Would 100% recommend this hotel. Convenient location only a couple of mins walk from the ferry port but also far enough that it feels calm and secluded. "Great location to visit the springs and a lovely hotel. Reception staff, valet and porters were all very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff made us feel invisible. No coffee was offered at breakfast we asked and got forgotten. We also felt that at dinner the staff seemed busy with the other tables and forgot us again. Great variety of breakfast. Room and amenities amazing… however we did have quite a large ants nest in the room."
