"I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered side by side room with a bypass door as I had my parents staying with me. "The staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is fairly new and well kept. Nice comfortable room, bed, clean linen and neat bathroom were positive points. We had to leave at 6 am by car to Guruvayur and so requested them to help provide coffee and bread which they provided with smile. They were helpful to guide us around, book car etc. MR Shian, Nithin were very helpful 👍😃Will come and stay next time "

"Renovated Portuguese-era building. Immaculate condition, while being faithful to its historic roots. A/C worked perfectly . Shower great. Beds super comfortable. Staff was attentive and hospitable. The hotel/ inn is 1 min from the Chinese fishing nets & is perfectly placed for nice shops and a handful of restaurants. Of the 6 properties in which I stayed on a 2-wk trip, this was easily my favorite. For visitors flying into COK airport, be aware that with standard traffic it’s 75-90 minutes to the property. (If you transit overnight, it’s more like 45 minutes.)"
