What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered side by side room with a bypass door as I had my parents staying with me. "Unique, simply and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Brilliantly located for all the local sites in wonderful Fort Kochi and the ferry terminal. Delightful waterfront restaurant- probably the best location to dine in the city. Watching the boats and ships was a real treat. Extremely helpful staff at the front desk and the band practice next door was a complete treat! Perfect place to start our Indian adventure."
