"Overall the stay was good.. rooms were nice and bathroom was good The hotel only had 2 lifts and 1 wasnt working, caused a lot of issues with waiting times and because its also small and slow, wasnt a great experience As for the parking, only 10mins is free. "Lovely welcome rooms were ready. Large room. Bit dated but very clean overlooking car park. Teas making facilities. Thick towels. Plenty of hangers and wardrobe space. Iron and ironing board available. Massive very comfy bed. Very large pillows. Fan and heater provided. Lovely bar area food choice was good. Breakfast paid separately at £10 per person. Excellent value. All staff very friendly. Would stay again. Taxi (card from reception) to OVO arena £15 had to get uber home at £46! "
