"Lovely place at Palais Moulay Saïd. We stayed for 9 nights. The room was a little small for three people, but the amenities were nice and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming, while others were not as friendly and rarely smiled or greeted us.
The only disappointing part of our stay was that on our last night, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Unfortunately, this was quite unpleasant, especially after staying for 9 nights.
Overall, we enjoyed...
"The service was excellent and the staff was helpful when needed. Hotel location was convenient for my personal need and might be far for others. However with car it was worth the stay and ability to have a good night sleep without the motorcycles noise at nights which is major problem in Marrakech."
"This place was as advertised . As an older retired Canadian couple on a budget this was a good find . Safe residential neighborhood with a convenience store just 3 doors over and easy walk to some restaurants , groceries etc. Friendly staff . Rachid , the evening receptionist was extremely helpful booking taxis and tours and just making sure we were comfortable .
Cons --- We booked accommodation with a kitchen for quick easy food prep but it is not equipped with a microwave or a small pot or...
"The property was beautiful and the interior was in the Moroccan style. We were put in a basement room without windows which was not clear when booking. We spent very little time in the room so it wasn’t the end of the world but it did feel like a cell. The staff were lovely though and the place was clean throughout. The gardens needed tending but the pool was clean. It was a half hour walk into the middle of Marrakech which we did and also took taxis when it was too hot. I’d stay there again but...
Me gustó mucho."
"The location was great very things was within walking distance. Staff were very helpful specially Amin and Khalid both were amazing. Will definitely go again"
