"Very spacious suite room, clean toilet and ammenities, even the kettle have been thoroughly washed without stains, and the bathroom walls too. The location is convenient to CIQ as well as cafe hopping at Jalan Wong Ah Fook or a visit to the Chinese Museum."
"I was pleasantly surprised by the nice decor of the hotel which exudes subtle charm. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. The room is big, bed is comfy and it comes with a mini fridge. All amenities were new. Hotel staff has been very helpful with the parking app to download and register to park for roadside parking."
"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."
"Was told a queen size bed with 2 single beds, after check in, discovered only 1 queen size bed with only 1 single bed!
An other aspect, was allow only 1 room key, very inconvenience.
Lighting also need to be improved. "
"The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay."
