"The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy....
