"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

"The hotel is looking tired and in need of some care. It is positioned on a busy road which is particularly noisy from 6.00am onwards and again in the evening.
