"I had a terrible checking in experience. I transferred my luggage before I checked in, however when I arrived at this hotel with 10 percent of cell phone battery, the remote checking person told me repeatedly 3 times that they didn’t have my luggage which my phone charger was in. Long story short, if it was not the cleaning lady was still there, I would be locked out totally, while my luggage was actually INSIDE the hotel office. Their check in lady was arrogant and lazy, destroying their business. "
