"This is a fun hotel. A little 2020 “woke” in the branding but it’s in on the joke I think. “Heterofriendly” had me laughing as I’ve always thought, oh wow, hotel, thanks for being “gay-friendly”. In terms of amenities and spacious rooms it’s hard to beat in this old town."

"Really nice hotel of 5 star standard very close to San Sebastián. Bus right outside to take you to centre. Rooms very comfortable, great breakfast, super spa. "

"The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby. "

"Rooms are well set up, the breakfast buffet was really good (value and quality) and you are walking distance from the beach. I find it very convenient. A good choice for families."
