"I picked this hotel primarily for its location in the old town district of San Sebastián. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff were all really helpful and friendly. My room’s window faced the basilica, and although the bells were noisy, the glazing on the windows completely obscured the sound. One small thing I would mention - the corridors and stairwells are very dark, so I had to watch my footing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

"Really helpful staff, offered welcome drinks on arrival - sadly we were too busy to drink in the hotel or use the gym (which I'd planned too), but was a lovely hotel, very clean and a welcome gift in our room. Excellent terrace with a great view of the town. Would recommend."

"Great location to walk to the old town. We are returning customers and fortunately we had done our homework as since we visited last the city had introduced. Ultra low emission zone, which made accessing the property little challenge but with a pre planned route was ok. Suggest the hote information is updated to reflect this ao that travellers who may not be as prepare as us don’t get caught out. "
