"Staff were welcoming on arrival, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely touch with the Japanese toilet, with a spacious shower too. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the surrounding area. Really enjoyed our stay here. To improve the experience, the prices in the bar could be reevaluated, compared to the surrounding area it is slightly over priced. "

"Great location to stay and visit San Sebastian. Outside the City Center, but 8-10 minutes in a taxi. Public trasportation stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you directly to the City Center area. Very safe and convenient. "

"Simple, clean, and exactly what you need. Private room, shared bathrooms — nothing fancy, but everything felt well-kept and comfortable. The host was genuinely warm and welcoming throughout the stay. Great base for exploring the city. Would recommend without hesitation."

"Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour. Would recommend. "
