The superlative view from my deck at the mediocre Address Hotel Downtown. The pic is of the tallest building in the world (2,722') the Burj Khalifa and the Vegas Bellagio-like fountain show going on in front. I'm only in Dubai on a layover, but so far it feels like a really big, hot, buffed out mall with great food. I assume more people will be bopping into Dubai for a layover, as I just read that the airport here just passed Heathrow as the largest in the world for intl travelers.
