"Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money. The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."

"Very nicely located within Levico Terme, with lots of parking space, and a 2 minute walk from the main street with stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Our room had no balcony, but also no neighbors, so this was all good. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Biggest compliment we could give: we extended our stay here with another 4 days."

"We travel quite a bit (this is our 4th time in Italy) and Hotel Plank is easily the best place we’ve stayed! Mostly due to the incredible hospitality!! We had a long trek on public transportation to get to San Martino and I almost cried when we arrived and they told us they upgraded us to a suite with a balcony and mountain views (shoulder season perks)! "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very nice people, good rooms, nice pool, tasteful breakfast and just 10 minute walk to the city of Levico Terme. We came here for hiking and nearby are some wonderful hikes. So, we really felt sorry to leave. By the way, dogs allowed, essential for us. "
