"This is a BEAUTIFUL place to stay. More house than hotel! It appears to be totally renovated and the decor is gorgeous. The view of the pool and the mountains in the distance were wonderful. Our room was spacious and the shower was fabulous. It is located in a very small town with just two restaurants, neither of which were open, so we went to a quaint market within walking distance for cheese, wine, etc. Everything was great. Monsanto was a quick drive away."

"Location is perfectly situated in peaceful surroundings yet short drive into town, absolutely beautifully decorated inside and outside, family owned by wonderful people who made us feel more like family than renting guests, breakfast served to your table with homemade honey, marmalades, and meats/regional cheese, and fresh bread! Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountain…a/c worked quietly and efficiently. Bathroom small but shower had hot water and ample room to place...

"Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "

"Loved the quaint Casa da Roda. The property is in need of new carpet and paint in the common areas. But the room was nice and clean and quiet. The refrigerator didn’t work (it was plugged in but the one lonely beer and one juice in it were warm and sad). The breakfast was great! Didn’t get to enjoy the indoor pool because they charge extra for it (surprising). Only the outdoor pool was included. I would think they would include the main indoor facilities and just charge for treatments like most...

"Bem localizado em termos de acessos a Museus e para conhecer Seia. Relativamente perto de pontos de interesse na zona com fácil acesso. Pequeno-almoço e serviço excepcional sempre atentos ás necessidades dos clientes. O apartamento era muito adequado para a familia de 2 adultos e 3 crianças e bem climatizado para ser bastante confortável com clima frio. Ponto menos positivo o estacionamento não é no local mas tem um parque bastante perto do local."

He designed and oversaw the renovations made to his families home, and his attention to detail made our upstairs suite and the entire house very comfortable. There are multiple common areas for relaxing. Great view overlooking the castle and church. Beautiful grounds. Fresh baked bread and juice from fruit trees on property were delicious. "We came here at an off-peak time so the area was very quiet. The hosts were lovely, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and so thoughtful and homemade. We would come back here again around the summertime when we can really have a chance to explore the national park!"
