"Management needs to do a better job enforcing maintenance and cleanliness around the pool area. There was dog poop in a couple of areas that was left for days, some of the lounge chairs were black where it was supposed to be white and the pool had leaves and what looked like tree debris at the bottom."
"Llegamos para pasar una sola noche, el personal de recepción súper amable y atento, el lugar limpio, buen ambiente, estaba finalizando una actividad en el salón de actividades. Al llegar a la habitación estaba todo muy limpio pero los cuartos necesitan cariño, una remodelación y al menos matres nuevos. Se pasó bien la noche. El desayuno excelente, la piscina limpia, nos fuimos sin prisa y el trato excelente!!!"
"Villa is beautiful and great location in regard to the pool and beach. It has plenty of room for everyone, clean, comfortable, It is a bit far from San Juan, rainforest, popular beaches. It's a least an hour and traffic could make it longer. Definitely need a car if you stay here. There is a beach on the property. It is a small, secluded beach so you'll need to bring your own umbrellas, food, etc. It is partially shared with a hotel. The hotel side is very clean and maintained, but the villa...
"The house is really nice and spacious, plus it's close to the outlets and Walmart. All the utilities worked great, and it was nice that every room had AC. We did notice some mold at the bottom of the pool that could use a cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience.."
"Absolutely beautiful. The owner Ron was so nice and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. If you’re planning on staying in the central mountains this place cannot be beat. "
"Much more than what expected. Very nice room(10/10), but no towels, luckily I had one. Hard to get to properly, no signs or directions arrows. GPS took me to a different place. Finally found place. But it was worth the trouble of getting there, Very nice place"
"This Villa was super nice and Clean, the host Juan was always available for anything we needed. The beach and pool are walking distance and a very secure area, also everything is close by. I recommend this Villa to everyone."
"Great stay here, we slept and relaxed. It’s onto of a mountain to be prepared for a shocking drive. Beautiful surroundings once you’re there. Can get a bit noisy from the street. Called the number in the booking for help with Ju booking, the lady was extremely accommodating and it was a great process. Thank you!"
