The staff was warm and welcoming and even went so far as to make other arrangements at the last minute. We absolutely loved our stay here and would do it again. "

"The building was of a good standard but the hotel lacked the friendly approach to their guests. On arrival at 16.30 we found the door locked and had to wait for it to be opened. The hotel listed a restaurant but no evening meal was available. There was no information on times of breakfast or restaurants nearby. Although the hotel is in a beautiful location the hotel totally lacked character. "

"A group of five of us had a 3 bed apartment. It was really nice. We were on motorbikes. We were able to park right next to the entrance. Owner is a biker and very knowledgeable on local riding routes. Lovely breakfast too. Only drawback is it’s a few miles from Bouillon, so needed to ride into town for food. "

"nous sommes déçu, personne à la réception à notre arrivée, horaire qui avait été confirmé par mail, tout par téléphone. le soir notre porte bloquée, gérer par téléphone, la propreté laisse a désirer, il faisait un froid de canard dans la chambre. le déjeuner dans un autre hôtel auberge, pas très propre et loin d’être un déjeuner de qualité pour le prix. "
