"We were disappointed in the noise coming from the Club next door. The music wouldn’t end till 1am The staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was very average "
"The DelaSol Sapa Hotel has a lot going for it on the surface. It is located right in the center of Sapa town, which is incredibly convenient for exploring, and our room was clean.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We explicitly booked a "Garden View" room through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were given a room looking directly at a fire escape. "Property was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Staff and breakfast were lovely. The room was immaculate and very clean. We loved our stay. Will be coming back hopefully again soon."
"Room was a good size but was incredibly dirty, bedsheets were stained and there was piles of dust around the bedside table and on the tv remote/ AC remote. There was dirt and grime/ mould around the window and in the bathroom. Very noisy as well"
"From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and friendly making us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and it has everything you need to relax from an amazing view to a massage room. The breakfast was great with even an omelet station. We would definitely recommend it to anybody that wants not only a relaxing but welcoming experience."
"Nous avons réservé deux chambres au même prix une etait tres simple sans fenêtre l’autre en VIP ??
Bon emplacement
petit déjeuner tres basique
Souvent personne a l’accueil "
"Det har extrem potential, jättevacker utsikt, stor pool, fina färglada rum i olika stilar. Tyvärr slitet men å andra sidan är priset väldigt lågt så skulle absolut kalla det PRISVÄRT. Hade gärna betalat 5 gånger mer om det varit bättre underhållet."
