"The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. "

"L'hôtel est bien situé, son accès est très facile depuis la gare de Lao Caí ou depuis la station de bus de Sao Viet. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les prestations annoncées semblent prometteuses. Malheureusement nous sommes venus pendant la période creuse (juillet) et tout était fermé. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour puis que nous étions les seuls clients de l'hôtel. La personne à l'accueil a été très serviable et attentionnée."

"Hotel was amazing, views absolutely stunning. Right next to the cable car to Fansipan. Only downfall was slightly out of town, but if your looking for breathtaking views and wonderful staff this is your place"

"Staff was very helpful and nice but it looks better online than in person"

Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

Third, excellent location, away from the continuous construction noise (pollution, congestion, chaos) closer to city center. If noise bothers you at 6 am, choose this location. Fourth, great manager/staff. Daily room service was excellent and morning breakfasts were a real bonus (comes with your reservation). Fifth, Abe...

"We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show."
