"Nice area very convenient. Some front desk people very nice. Housekeeping not friendly at all they even didn't say good morning. Knocking on your door and asking if you need service even when you have DND sign. Something that was weird for me is that I told the guy I need only towels and he was demanding me to sign his paper and said he did a deep cleaning in my room. Breakfast was good. A lot of choices. "

"The hotel was a great location to the casino, but parking was not great and information on where to park was not conveyed. The room was ok, roomy and bathroom was decent. The downfall was the air condition/heat vent was in an inconvenient place and the room got too stuffy and when turning the air on, it didn't circulate. The ironing board and iron, will need to be update."

"Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good but my family and I had to sit on the floor as there wasn't enough seating. Many noticeable carpet stains. Wallpaper and paint peeling in many spots. Sections of the building's siding had fallen off and were lying on the ground. The bathroom in the pool area isn't finished, no light, no ceiling. A few of the doors would not open with the keycard. The suite we stayed in was beautiful."

"The property is well connected to the major attractions in Niagra and located at a quiet place on the banks of Niagra river. Room was spacious with the required facilities and was very clean. There was no microwave in the room or a common microwave on the floor, which created some inconvenience for us. At least providing a common microwave on the floor would be a great idea considering that lot of families travelling with kids would be benefiting from that. Also, extra charge for car parking is...

"Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great huge shower and bathroom. Unfortunately one of the elevators were down so kind of lo g waits. Excellent breakfast. Parking ac2the street but felt safe."

"The property had an unpleasant smell. Temperature could not be regulated and the windows could not be opened. Breakfast was do it yourself and jelly and other condiments were in partially used family size containers. Bedroom was tiny."
