"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big negative for me and a reason not to stay there again is: Not being able to open windows feels claustrophobic, I need fresh air and to me is a fire risk. Felt very uncomfortable also as there was a strange smell when we arrived - probably cleaning products as it was spotless. Also having to pay for parking in a place that can only be accessed by car is terrible. And if so it should be done by reception not separately online."
