Things I don't like: Since it's a very popular hotel, there are a lot of people. You may have to wait in line for some services, such as washing machines and dryers.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"The property is located in a very convenient location, right above the train station and shopping malls. Check-in was easy. There is no parking facility in the hotel but it offers discounts for hotel guests to park in nearby facilities. Staff was helpful. Rooms were a bit run down but generally neat and tidy. "Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen.
