"This property is fantastic. It’s not only modern and clean, it’s so close to the walking bridge which puts you over the river into downtown Nashville. Safe area, feel safe, walking back after midnight. The stadium parking was blocked off and closed while we were there, so we couldn’t cut through but normally you can cut through and make the walk shorter. Also fantastic free breakfast. Have stayed there three times and will continue staying there. "

"No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only sheers over window. Room was light all night. No light-blocking/sound-blocking drapes to lessen the outside lights and traffic noise. Tossed and turned (both of us) all night. Cheap carbohydrate breakfast. "

We had originally booked our stay with Comfort Suites but when we arrived close to midnight after a 9 hour drive with children we noticed their AC was not working properly or at all. The elevator and phone system was broken, the room they offered was on the third floor. I am a senior with heart issues, arthritis, prosthetic hip and lower leg ankle. "Very nice and close enough, but not too close. The complaint is the cleaning, we stayed 5 nights, they would come in around 5 pm and make the bed and leave towels, but never swept, vacuumed or took out trash. There was a super large hairball in front of the elevators and it was there two days before someone moved it to next to the wall, but was still there on day 4. Breakfast tables never got washed down, just overall not real clean so surprising for Hyatt House (your my favorite)"
