"My sister was in need of a wheelchair and none were available except to rent. The property was designed to be accessed by cars. I had to take a shuttle to get a wheelchair to be able to get my sister to shuttles buses etc. the property NEEDS (1) handles in the showers (2) a golf cart or staff to be able to get people without cars to their rooms ."

"The staff thought my last name was funny. I played along but honestly didn't appreciate it. Then, I had trouble finding my room because the directions were confusing. It would have been helpful to have some signage at the parking area to know where to enter, especially since it was a very small pathway. The shampoo dispenser in the room was empty and the spas were out of order."
