"Was great"

"Ok"

"A great and relaxing place for a getaway!"

"Beautiful condo in nice community. Close to where we were going. Clean and quiet."

"We had an enjoyable 3 night stay. The property is charming and surprisingly quiet. The room was very comfortable. It was exactly what we envisioned for our getaway weekend, an enjoyable breakfast to start our day each morning and an extremely comfortable mattress to come back to each evening. Holly and Toby provided us with many additional recommendations on what to see while in Empire."

"Great place. Easy access to northern Michigan Sights. Decorated very nicely and everything was set up in order to enjoy our Girls weekend! Everyone loved it. Thank you for sharing your space with us."

"Had a great weekend! Nice quiet and well located condo. Plenty of room and privacy. The only thing that we would have liked better would have been warmer water. The shower temperature never raised above luke warm and on a cold weekend a hotter shower would have been nice."

"Very clean. Felt very comfortable. Would recommend especially for golfers. "

"Really nice and roomy place not too far from Frankfort Beach. Host was available for any questions/concerns."

Overall was a great place and we’d definitely stay there again."

"The river was in the backyard and it was great!"

"The location was excellent; close to the Grand Traverse Resort and close to the lake."

"The property was cute and fun. We had some difficulty getting inside with the directions and the way they were written. Also, the drains smelled when water was ran through the sinks or shower. Other than that it was a great place and a great location."

"So, this is tough because, overall, it met the needs of our family, especially booking on short notice. Property was as described and easy communication. However, one big downside, there is a taproom next door with outdoor music. The music wasn't so loud necessarily but was hard to escape the bass beat thrumming through the afternoon into the nighttime hours. If you like live music and can stay up late, this is a great place. However, if you plan in sleeping earlier than 11pm, you need to be...
