"Clean, quiet, good breakfast"

"The first room given the freezer was so frosted up it was mostly unusable and the phone didn't work so we asked for a different room. The second room was nice, but it had a floor lamp that was discfunctional. There was no bathroom fan. The hallways had an unpleasant odor. An elevator needed repair but was functioning. The breakfast was ok, but less than sensational. The staff was helpful and friendly."

"Although the hotel has a beautiful and unique decor, I found the overall experience to be only satisfactory. The amenities were somewhat lacking (e.g. no glasses or plasticware in the room). The food at the restaurant was good but nothing special. I expected more based on the pictures of the hotel property."

"An absolute must stay if you’re travelling along Route 66. The theming is incredible and we couldn’t stop taking photos of the property because it’s so striking. The rooms are on the small side but kept clean and tidy. Surprisingly the shower enclosure is massive in comparison with the rest of the room. The only issue we had was the restaurant attached to the hotel. The wait time for food was extremely long and food quality poor. We complained to our server who was apologetic and offered a discount which actually never came. Rather than escalate we just paid the check full price and left. I didn’t want to spoil the experience of the hotel by taking the complaint further. All I can offer to future travellers is to say enjoy the hotel but choose to eat outside of the hotel. Also the hotel has a surprisingly well equipped gym which I wasn’t even aware existed."
