"I didn’t like the fact I paid $400.00 for a water view and 10th floor. When my son and girlfriend checked in they were put on the third floor with parking lot view. I booked the room and didn’t tell them about which floor or room prior. So needless to say I was disappointed to hear about this lower vibe room the next day from them. False false false.
