"Ro at the front desk worked so hard to get me a pet-friendly room after I mistakenly booked a regular room through Expedia (pro tip - call ahead if using Expedia). After a very challenging few days on the road, including a visit to the emergency vet, we needed a safe, quiet, clean place to stay. Thanks to Ro, we got exactly what the doctor ordered! "Friendly staff, clean hotel and room, comfy beds, good wifi and tv. Ugly area (that's just Sudbury though), view from the room was an ugly parking lot lol "

"Overall, it was a good experience. The team was great. You can tell the recent renovations are a great change as well. Sound proofing is pretty bad regarding the water pipes and in our case the bathroom’s door was so noisy that you could not touch it at night without waking up the other people in the room."

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and a bonus that it was pet-friendly. The area the hotel is in can feel unsafe but there’s a 24 hour security guard. Overall, it served as a good one night stop on my cross country road trip."
