"The staff was Fantastic, but the hotel is not really finished and should not actually be taking guests yet, the entrance does even have any Signage, it’s a mud hole, the pool has not even been dug yet, apparently city permits have not been easy to acquire, it seems that bribery is a live and well in Changmai but the owners of this hotel have not learned how to play ball."

An email was sent to us at 9pm by Expedia customer service to remedy the situation, but we were mid-flight at that time. since we arrived at the hotel past midnight (and they had no reception at that time), we were forced to look for another hotel at 2AM!"
