"The staff was incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. They all went above and beyond to ensure my mother and I were taken care of. The daily breakfast buffet was great as well, and the swimming pool. Very convenient location and again, the front desk staff, kitchen staff and housekeeping staff were wonderful. Thanks again for a great stay!"

"Great location. Free shuttle bus around the old city and they can pick you up as well. Easy to get to and around the city, central, but not super busy, away from the tourist crowds. Super helpful and nice staff! Would stay again!"

BED Phrasingh was in an ideal location near Wat Phra Singh and near the main road of the old city. The breakfast was great, a good variety of Thai and western options. Fresh fruit and coffee/tea complimentary all day as well as free water in coolers positioned throughout the hotel. Also the "minibar" was free of charge and stocked daily. The pool was nice and clean. It was great hotel in a great location at a great price.

Beautiful colonial style hotel rooms with an amazing view of the mountains in a bustling part of Chiang Mai. The street can be loud but name somewhere in a city that’s always dead quiet. Awesome spot to check out Sunday night market as well and the staff are super nice

We had a really pleasant stay at Phor Liang Meun Terracotta. The hotel is beautiful and it is very well maintained. The room was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very attentive and polite and the breakfast is delicious. If I come back to Chiang Mai I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice decor inside… classic European feel in common areas and stairways.
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff during all (morning, afternoon, and evening) shifts!!! That included physically helping with bags but also helping with suggestions for things to do in the area (and what might not be worth the time).
The breakfast options that we tried were delicious!! (Mango avocado toast with side of eggs, and egg, cheese, and bacon on toast). They also weren’t sticklers for every detail (my...

The hotel is tiny - maybe 12 rooms. It's very quiet and clean. Cafes, shops, and temples within a short walk. The room was small and clean. It had everything I needed - especially a big, clean, shower with hot water.

The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Every morning, they asked about our plans for the day and provided us with useful travel tips and suggested places to see. They informed us about the different transportation options and approximate cost. They also arranged a taxi ride from the hotel to get us to airport on time. For the complimentary breakfast, they offered a variety of freshly prepared Thai dishes, fresh fruit, and western options. They all tasted delicious. When...

The staff couldn't respond to my questions thru the app, and that worried me. But the reception staff waited for my arrival even when it was past his working hours. Very thankful!

SO glad we found this bed and breakfast to stay in. This was my favorite place of all the rooms we stayed in Thailand! The staff was phenomenal. They provided breakfast every morning, helped my group out with researching and booking activities, called to confirm bookings for us, arranged pickups, recommended places to go, and were always there with a kind smile. The outdoor courtyard is beautiful and the perfect breakfast spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. The inside of the house was very clean...

There are only about 6 rooms at the Once Upon a Time. We stayed in room 5. The room itself had 2 levels. The bathroom and living room area were at the bottom and then there were stairs that led to the bedroom. It was just so cute. The lobby/dining area was very old fashioned, but still modern. I could live here. The breakfast was delicious - there were 4 options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have a map of Chiang Mai and the woman went out to look for one for...

What a wonderful place to stay in Chiang Mai. Brand new hotel that appears to be family run. The staff in this hotel were extremely eager to please. Served a personalized hot breakfast each morning and helped to arrange transportation back to the airport for us at 4:15am. Hotel room was clean, the bed was advertised as a double, but was queen size. You cannot beat this hotel for the money. I would highly recommend.

We stepped in to this place and immediately sensed something special about it. The ambiance was subdued, artsy and classy all at the same time. The room felt like an oasis, beautiful, comfy and refreshing. It’s close enough to walk to the Sunday night market and has some good massage places nearby! Breakfast was freshly made and delicious! We hope to return!
