I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . "This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out."

"The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"

"This is a great place to stay if you don't mind the busy night life with noise and crowds. The hotel photos are the real deal. We were happy to stay there with their very supportive staff. They make the whole experience super nice. Highly recommend it as it is in the heart of Old Quarter. "

"Booked this for the pool and pleasantly surprised how clean and maintained it is. Cool water to cool down on the 40 degree days! Breakfast was good, eggs made on request. Buffet food is left out uncovered so I didn’t have much of it after seeing bar flies on the fruit. No window as such in the room but loved how quiet it is with no street noise at all. Water splashes out of shower every use but water falls to drain outside so it’s not a huge deal. No early checkin here and they charge extra...

"Overall this place wasn’t bad. The bathroom left a lot to be desired (you have to sit sideways on the toilet), but we got a bonus bedroom that was a nice surprise. The outside wall is not insulated on top floor so it was real warm during the middle of the day and chilly at night. I imagine summer would be rough! But if you’re not picky, it’s not bad. "
