"Pésimo: el día que llegamos no había Internet y no nos podían cobrar con Tarjeta de Crédito, por lo que NO podíamos hacer Check In y nos decían que sacáramos del cajero que si servía pero la comisión era excesiva, pudimos encontrar una solución pero existía el problema de que todo el consumo tendría que ser en efectivo y como a las 3 horas nos avisan que ya había llegado el internet para que pagáramos. Al día siguiente nos avisan que tenían un Problema técnico y NO había restaurante para comer o...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. "
