"The hotel is a 10-15 walk from the Ladispoli train station. We arrived at the train station at 2300 hrs with 4 suitcases, and there was no taxi service at this hour. Uber does not operate here. It was quite a task lugging 4 suitcases to the hotel. The locals in the area too did not know where the hotel is. Anyways the hotel is a nice well maintained property. AC and refrigerator (worked as a cooler) in the room. No safe vault. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, many eating places and bars...

"I booked this knowing it was on the beach. Please note this beach like most in Italy are rocky. You need water shoes. Also you have about a half mile walk to go anyplace for drinks or dinner. There was a good pizza place across street for lunch . Breakfast was good. The property is getting tired and ac didn’t work that good . We were hit at night. Main concern was other guest we met on the beach said the maid stole money that was left out. But in a closet . Shame on the guest for not...
