"Comfortable bed and nice breakfast "

"Got a fabulous night's sleep, would have liked a desk, chair, sitting on bed to do some things in daily life is a bit frustrating, even if a pull out attachment to the wall, small facility downstairs, for snacks but I'm not a cashless fan so, I went out to spread the cash outdoors, overall fantastic location, service, friendliness, perfect, great stay thank you! Don't take pics of rooms by the way nothing personal "

"Honestly, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cosy, very clean and quiet. Everything about the hotel was lovely. Very handy to have a grocery store opposite and a great bakery in the town. Lots of good cafes and shops nearby and beautiful parkland within a short walking distance. "

"I had external issues and stress but my welcome was amazing Lauren was extremely warm and welcoming. Having two key cards is much better than some places because you don't walk in and run the risk banging into things. Breakfast is highly recommended I would advise to note that during busy times to wait a few minutes there are brilliant staff who keep on top of things re; kitchen and replenishing not to mention the quick table cleaning for the next guest. "Second time staying here, slightly dated hotel however super comfortable beds, very helpful staff not a bad thing to say !! 100% recommend staying here. We got a complementary breakfast which was delicious. ( Birthday) 45 minute walk into town centre. Two local pubs near by. Garage/ off licence near by. Good Parking."

The only thing we were really upset about was that my Sister who’s 75 years old came to visit us for a couple of hours, and a few days later got a £100 parking fine. To me it’s ridiculous that a virtually half empty car park can fine someone for staying a couple of hours. There was a notice on the front desk that said guests had to put in their registration number, surely not for someone visiting family. And that 2 hours...
