"As a single female I felt very safe and welcome at this hotel. Perfect location for a music gig at the venue literally less than 5 minutes walk straight down the road. Both day and night receptionists Brogan and Andy were very friendly, efficient and provided great customer service. Day and night they both willingly opened the bar for me and others (the band!) Thank you to them both. Having a room change as maintenance required in my original room was a bonus as upgraded! Absolutely no...

"Super helpful - waited for me to arrive (late) I must read properly as I it said manned reception which I did assume meant there was someone on reception 24/7 and it was only manned to 9pm after this the main doors are locked & access id through a "fire door" - this fire door banged every time anyone used it!! so i was awake at 6am very good value for money - great for those working"

"We have stayed here a few times now as it is convenient for family visits. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are comfortable and warm (last days of December!). Over the years, the management has invested in the site and it now has a gym, which we could have used if we had known about it. Definitely planning on return visits!"

"We liked everything about our room and the hotel. Getting in was a bit difficult but once sorted - excellent. Very friendly and helpful and kind man who let us in and showed us to the room. My only quibble is with the shower: without doubt the most feeble shower facility ever! It took well over 5 minutes to get hot water: I never used the cold tap at all!
