"Hotel is a new hotel, so in a good condition. This feedback is for the owner for betterment of the business, not necessarily a criticism. Generally speaking staff is good too. However, the staff needs better training. The hotel room layout and design needs improvement, we had sewage smell in the room which was due to the exhaust - due to room insulation the exhaust would suck the air out of the drainage. "Parking car facilities , ceiling fan facility are ok. The hotel lift was not working, no bathroom accessories like towel, soap. The mug was broken one in the bathroom. Aircon makes too much noise. Somehow managed with ceiling fan provided. Staffs are good , they have provided good support."

"Advertised as a BEACH resort. The beach is filthy and there are unsavoury settlements in either side of the beach making it unsafe. No hot water for 4 days inspite of reporting it to reception. Wrong bill at the end (over charged) and too 2 hour 35 minutes to check out. "

"The price an quality doesn't match, this is a basic hotel. Garbage of some party thrown on lawn on the way to Beach, which stinking badly. The resort looks good outside bit rooms are very bad. Not worth for the money spent. "

"The property is under going renovation because of which there is lot of noise and dust is in the air, quite a run down place, wait for 2026 before you plan a trip here . Good location though, everything is within 500m of the priority."
