"I was there for one night and chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and the hotel shuttle was free. The hotel staff were all very helpful and responsive. I was not able to lower the seat, and within 5 minutes, 3 different people tried to help and the chair was replaced. I also needed to change my $20 bill, and again they were very helpful.
