"Great location and very safe. Only vegetarian food (Fantastic). Some of the staff are new and kept coming back for review even after we just had coffee. Management makes them get 10 reviews a day. They do not think about the service before asking for the review. This was annoying, not an inconvenience. Sometimes the tables are close to food preps which made us request a change of seats. Otherwise, we would have had a very noisy dinner."

The 2nd day when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was not done. I had to argue to get it done. The manager didn't apologize and the staff discussed between them who was going to clean the room. "Wonderful experience! Small boutique hotel in old city - newly renovated. Very comfortable large room with great a/c and wifi. Bathroom was efficient with plenty of hot water. Lovely restaurant on the roof at night with great view of Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Best of all was the attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to help."

"I stayed for two nights. Overpriced resort with unimpressive service. WIFI signal is weak. No room cleaning during the two nights. Breakfast was extremely limited and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. Staff was not helpful, they seemed to be more interested to serve wedding party guests. This resort was more expensive then Indana Palace in Jodhpur, but the latter is 10 times better including much better staff and much better rooms. Stay away from this resort."
