"As an airport hotel for short stays, it is very good. The distant view out my window was to the Balkans, which was interesting because of the snow and storms. Good entertainment without TV! Then the view next to the hotel is apparently the Sofia car impound lot. Even though the views are grand, the neighborhood is not so nice. Stay inside!"

"Hotel is new and very modern. The area doesn’t have much in walkable distance. Seems close to airport but no shortcut so taxi needed to go around to get to main road. Overall recommend the hotel. "

"Nice place to stay. As a family of 4 we had 2 rooms next to each other. We arrived late in the evening and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Had a couple of trips up and down in the elevator until we hit the correct floor (strange button labeling) but the food was great. Will definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is very nice but very outdated. I was must upset after travelling a long way to find out I could not used the restruant because there was a wedding party and there was nowhere nearby to get food. Otherwise stay was very good."

"The hotel had a great location and the room was comfortable. However, the breakfast service could be improved for business travelers, especially on weekends. Stat time at 8:30 am on Saturday meant missed breakfast for who is working or has to leave early. It would be smart if the hotel could consider offering an earlier breakfast option, particularly on Saturdays and Sundays, to cater to guests with busy schedules."

"There’s nothing Grand about it in the slightest. It isn't the cheapest hotel around yet you still have to pay 10bng to use the sauna each time. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this is the first I’ve heard of this. No kettle or hairdryer in the room, just a TV and drinking glasses. Extremely dated, the bed is not comfortable and you can feel the springs. The drains/water really smell disgusting and the shower curtain stank of cigarette smoke. The room was not at all soundproofed...
