"this was 2nd time staying here.. this 2nd experience was not as good as 1st time.. internet did not work, room staff did not follow cleanliness protocols, front desk staff had billing error over trifles like water..front desk needs to be more courteous to guests.. "

"Our stay was pleasant overall, thanks to the extremely cooperative hotel staff. A special shout-out to Vijay, Abhishek, and the food team manager (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) for their exceptional service. The food team manager went above and beyond to accommodate my father’s food allergies, providing specially prepared fresh meals just for him. **Cons:** The ongoing renovation work made our stay slightly uncomfortable."

"Value for money was above expectations. Super friendly staff. Yummy restaurant. Easy to find transportation. Great shopping with huge outdoor market and stores minutes away. Minutes walk to the river and ghats and about half an hour by tuktuk to Pandavlani caves."

"The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel. "
