"This hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are big, comfortable, the shower is amazing (excellent water pressure), the restaurant is great, staff is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the USB charging slots were not working, but when I talked to the staff they provided me with an adapter so I could use the regular outlet. Great hotel, would definitely stay there again!"

"This was my 2nd stay here. A lovely place with kind, helpful and local staff. Very well looked after. I was made to feel at home, away from home. :) I like the way they upkeep the portugese algave charm throughout the premises. "A very beautiful hotel. Easily walkable into old Lagos, or along the cliffs. The hotel is stunning, very nicely presented in an old Portuguese style. Beautiful pool area and great rooftop terrace. Staff are all lovely. Breakfast is incredible, probably the best we've ever had anywhere. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with large balcony. Great shower, good wifi, comfy beds. We would definitely return. Highly recommended."

"This is our 10th year of returning to Hotel Colina Dos Mouros and it never fails to disappoint. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating, rooms are cleaned daily without fail. Good selection for breakfast. Castle view room is beautiful. "

"The hotel is a basic 3 star hotel conveniently situated to the town centre. The staff speak reasonable English. The room was basic but did have air con and a small fridge. There is a small swimming pool on the roof with 8 or so sun loungers. Breakfast is a bit non plus but edible. 4 stars rather than 5 as one day we had no hot water in the morning."

"Location was perfect. Room very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast staff perfect. Sky bar and staff were great. The front desk was a little quicky and not really welcoming . There were problems with the door , the door key, etc. Parking was perfect"
