"L'hotel è centrale e comodo al centro storico di Mulhouse e all'esterno appare come un bel palazzotto. Internamente rivela invece una struttura che, per quanto decorosa, necessita di un urgente svecchiamento generale (in camera mobilio di diversi stili e tutti obsoleti).
Segnaliamo alla proprietà/gestore di fare attenzione al particolare: ragnatele al soffitto, polvere decisamente importante sotto il letto, fodere del giro letto usurate).

"Hotel was clean, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff was very helpful, especially Alex. The breakfast had a great selection of cold items and even scrambled eggs for our friend. We’re happy to be returning for another two nights prior to our Viking Cruise."
"Really nice place to use as a base. Location is perfect for exploring Basel. Facilities were clean and perfectly functional for our needs.
The breakfast was ample, with a good variety of fresh food and drinks. There is a bit of a walk from reception to the room but not excessive and does involve a couple of flights of stairs. Breakfast is on the 8th floor which you can get to by lift. From here you have lovely views over the city.
The staff were always helpful when we had questions. Would...
"Generally a nice property, but room design was awkward, shower design even more uncomfortable. Very nice bed. Air conditioning hard to control. So-called “garden” was little more than a smoker’s area. Dining room stuffy and too hot. Breakfast was just ok."
"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber könnte mehr Auswahl haben. Das Zimmer war für 1 Nacht in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich."
"We scheduled an extra day to spend some time in the area. We were able to use the free local bus system that stopped right across the street from the hotel."
"Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is close to Mulhouse high street with lots of food options and good bars. Free breakfast was included.
A good hotel for overnight stay if you are using it kfr a stop over."
"Quick overnight before an early flight out of BSL. Front desk was friendly and helped schedule our ride for the morning. Free airport shuttle was on time and honestly a blessing. Room was small but served its purpose and was comfortable."
"Clean Rooms, nice small Pool. On Check in Staff has to do everywhere in the Hotel and is not always on the Check in Counter. So you need to wait until you can enter the check in hall."
"Breakfast was horrible. The air conditioner did not cool the room. Staff at breakfast were pushing us out, so they could get the room prepped for lunch."
