"I stayed here for six nights while attending a retreat in Basel, and the staff made my stay. Anke and Eugene were wonderful, especially Anke. Kimberly in the restaurant was also accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure I had extra water for my daily supplements, and I appreciated her kindness.
The hotel is older and would benefit from updates. I recommend adding small refrigerators to the rooms. I travel with nutritional items and supplements, so having one would have been useful.
