"We really enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable. All the staff we met were more than helpful, warm and friendly. The hotel is situated in a beautiful historical quarter of Scanzorsciato outside Bergamo. The only downside, and this is worth noting, the hotel is not straightforward to find and its parking isn't well advertised, either by the hotel in advance nor on arrival. "This stay was part of a 2 week long road trip through Europe. We chose this hotel as it was/is a Best Western Hotel, a hotel chain we have good familarity with through traveling in the States. Our first night was not the best, due to a broken down AC. The following night we got a new room with a working AC and that was much better. The night guy at the Front Desk was very helpfull and service minded. But the best part of the hotel and the hotel experience was in the breakfast wing/restaurant....

"Lovely hotel, on site parking which was free on the Sat night/sunday we were there - may be payable @ other times. We booked a family room with one large double and two single beds. Lovely big room with lots of space. Even though the shower was a little tired I liked that the main bathroom had an attached room with an additional large sink which allowed others to wash/brush teeth while someone else was secure in the main shower room/toilet. Breakfast was varied and nice. Village was cute, pizza...
