"Well run hotel, enthusiastic and helpful staff and the food was good quality for all inclusive buffet format. It would be nice if they played music longer in the evening for entertainment while guests are still milling around the pool or indoor bar area after eating as it gets too quiet after 10pm. Some background music would be nice."

"After staying here a few years ago, i got a good deal for a week self catering for 2 rooms and this was perfect. Rooms were big and slightly modernised, in the peak summer you would prob struggle with only the ceiling fan, but it was fine in April. Only slight disappointment was no late check out despite checking numerous times."

"Staff was great and I would go back. Looked like the pictures and they had amenities like washer/dryer on site. Set up a taxi for me to the airport and had a night person in case of anything. "

The staff are lovely and whether you just want a chat or total privacy your needs are catered for, housekeepers are first class and very helpful. This is a little bolt away place for me for that quick burst of sun in the winter or that last minute getaway. Definitely will be back as soon as I can, great work guys. "

"This place was a 3 minute walk to the beach and there were lots of places near by to eat and pubs. A 10 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre, and there is a five minute walk to the bus stop. We took a cab ride there from the airport and took the bus back, #66, each taking the same amount of time. The reason we did not take it from the airport was because we would not know where to get off. We had a nice little apartment with a huge balcony. They cleaned every second day. "The hotel is in a very quiet area, but well located in the middle of the Maspalomas triangle :the dunes, playa del ingles, and yumbo center : a 20 - 25 min walk to all this places. The hotel is very quiet and I barely saw people around, not even at the pool area, which by the way close promptly at 7pm. Our unit was very basic but clean and with the essential things you need for short stay. It was located in the first floor, with a little terrace facing a fence and grass, so no view at all. ...

"We loved this hotel for its great location to the sea with beautiful walks to Maspalomas and Dunas de Maspalomas. The cuisine, very helpful staff and cleanliness throughout the hotel are of a very high standard. On top of that we had nice weather, swimming in the sea was no problem. The hotel pools complemented the swimming opportunities. A great holiday that I recommend. "

"Excellent value for money. Greeted by a lovely receptionist on our first day and there is a very nice and quiet pool area. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and although it is a little worn it’s fantastic for the price."

"The property is clean and as described. It is located well for beaches. There is a small enclave of German bars that continually play ump pa pa music all evening until after midnight. The hotel across compounds the music. Truly awful. You close the windows but still get bass beats and hot. 0630 the bin lorry arrives. "

"Great location , no reception staff two days a week and none after 6pm . You’re given a key for the main gate ( which is kept locked after 10pm ) unfortunately it’s a faulty lock and took ages to try and get in at times , noticed staff and they already knew about it , said nothing could be done . "Older lady at the reception desk wasn’t the nicest on the several occasions. Plus they charged us 10€ for towels spa because of luck of some receipt when turning back. I treat is a scam and it left a really bad taste. Barmans were a strong make up for that bad taste tho. Overall food wasn’t bad and was a nice variety of it but sometimes it was tasteless like in the hospital. spa was only open from 10 am till 6pm which makes no sense. It should be open till 10 pm at least as it had warm pool...

"A great location close to the beach and bus routes. Everything available in the area. A wellkept and clean apartment in a quiet and safe complex. Very good breakfast."
