"Good location, friendly staff, has pool, good breakfast. "

"Room was nice - staff was ok - takes awhile to get hot water . Restaurant was good food - with very poor service "

"New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical."

"Finally there is a good hotel in Sidoarjo. It just opened on November 2018."

"Clean and quiet, this was a well run hotel"

"We had a nice time at Kertanegara Guest House. The staff was super friendly and there are many shopping and eating options in the area."

"Old dirty dusty "

"Great guesthouse, tranquil and has everything we needed. Only stayed one night and didn’t get to explore but very clean and staff were accommodating."

"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...

"The hotel is new and very beautiful surroundings view, the only problem is the service in the restaurant, it takes too long to wait for meal to be served. They definitely need to improve their restaurant management."

"Kamarnya pengap. Untuk breakfast not bad.. Not recomend untuk kembali lagi... Tks "

"Definitely will be back to stay there when we’re in town "

"The hospitality was great, they offered free breakfast and free airport shuttle at this cheap price is commendable. They could really use better bedding rest over all stay was good"
