"We had a lovely night's stay at the Mildmay Arms and were made to feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable with a powerful shower. Our evening meal was tasty and we enjoyed our evening in the pub. The staff and the locals were really friendly. There were cold meats/cheese/cereal/yogurt and toast on offer for breakfast which was included. We thought both the room and the meal were really good value and would stay here again. I would just recommend taking earplugs as the church bells do ring during the night! This didn't bother us. Thanks for a lovely stay"

"Great location and very well equipped room and en-suite. There is noise from the street but if that doesn’t bother you, then I would highly recommend. Great price and love the voucher for the breakfast at the Crown Hotel. Would benefit from blackout curtains. Other than that it’s excellent ⭐️"

"I was slightly worried when we drove into the car park as it was a bit scruffy, but I needn’t have worried as the hotel is excellent, with large, comfortable, clean rooms, and really lovely staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."

"Spent a couple of very relaxing nights here, great Pub with lovely, well equipped rooms and cracking continental breakfast, didn't eat but food looked lovely, hence the busy restaurant, great selection of craft beers, ciders and spirits, all very reasonably priced. Fantastic staff who couldn't be more friendly or helpful, highly recommended & won't hesitate to return. "

"Amazing place, temperature was minus and freezing so couldn’t get the heating high enough, but to be fair the bed was extremely comfy and had a really good sleep before going onto my next location, would definitely stay again and give time to use the facilities better! The Nog inn was a great local pub for food and drink 5 mins in a taxi "
